What would the world look like if the vast deposit of wisdom from of history’s most influential thinkers could be brought to a new generation of women all around the world in a relatable way?

THE MISSION

Hey, Lovely’s founder came to us with a big vision: take the greatest written works throughout history and help today’s generation of young women discover the timeless truths and pearls of wisdom hidden inside their dusty covers. She needed a way to break down the barriers to entry and create a brand that would resonate with women today.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Hey, Lovely worked with Heroic Strategies to clarify the target audience and brand story and build a visual identity system that would tell that story effectively. We created a logo with endless variations that encourages audiences to make these texts their own by circling, highlighting, underlining, etc. the passages and points that have made an impact in their lives. The visual system created the foundation Hey, Lovely needed to build a brand rooted in tradition but that’s anything but stale or dated.

How does a college boost it’s enrollment in an age where institutions are charged by the power of the millennial voice while being threatened by online degree programs? You tell the story of what it means to be part of something great.

THE MISSION

As California Western School of Law began it’s quest to rebrand itself, they needed a team that could bring an outside perspective to the table and who could reach potential candidates through organic means. The solution was to create a series of videos that included mini documentaries, tours, program highlights and short social media clips about current topics.

ACHIEVEMENTS

As rebrand progressed, our team continued to collaborate and assist in developing new content that was fresh and compelling. Our most valuable contribution was bringing a filmmakers perspective to the table which allowed us to tell the stories through a lens that could emotional connect to the viewer. Each video was crafted to be both part of a series and to stand alone, yet still carry the same effectiveness. The result was increased social media following, a record breaking enrollment the following year and a portfolio of stories that continue to make and impact and drive traffic.

needed a website that shows off the quality of their work and generates new ppf business

THE MISSION

Owner James Bernhardt wanted to have a stronger web presence to capture people looking for paint protection film installers in the Northern Virginia area. James has the reputation for doing some of the best work on the east coast, however, most of it came word of mouth and through referrals. Our goal was to create a strategy that brought new business to Pro Film.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We determined in order to help sell Pro Film’s services we needed a stronger visual component to the website. This would help establish trust with visitors and show James is capable of installing PPF at the highest level. We captured video for the homepage showcasing the work involved in installing a piece of PPF on a brand new Bentley. We then worked on educating the customer as to why you would want paint protection film installed as well as the costs involved.

Once the website was complete, we began driving targeted traffic through a series of Google search ads. We were able to hone in on people actively seeking PPF installers within a 25 mile radius of Pro Film. We report each month on the return on investment and are continuously making changes, tweaks, and updates to deliver the best results.

How do you collaborate with a patient who has been through some traumatic experiences in their life and invite them to discuss their struggles with mental health on camera?

THE MISSION

As a major health care provider located in Southern California and serving millions of patients every year, we wanted to capture a few unique stories about the experience they had as a patient in the system. The goal was to shed some light on some additional services that were being expanded upon in the behavioral health division.

ACHIEVEMENTS

The most outstanding achievement in this project was capturing the personal stories and getting these people to open up to us about their challenges. We are very grateful for their courage and the skill and compassion of our producers who helped make this all possible. It was also a great accomplishment to complete these videos given the 1 month window we had to schedule, film, edit, review and finalize everything.

acquired two chiropractic offices in northern kentucky and needed a web strategy to drive new patients

THE MISSION

Taking over a business has a unique set of challenges, especially when you are changing the name. Dr. Stephan Laub came to us knowing we had to create and execute on a marketing strategy to give his two chiropractic offices local exposure.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We first started by updating the two Google My Business listings to reflect the name change to All Star Chiropractic, then did the same across over 60 other business listings to ensure consistency and best optimization practices.

Then we created a new website for Dr. Stephan’s offices where we explained All Star Chiropractic’s services and prompted visitors to schedule an appointment. We also created a content marketing strategy writing informational articles to help rank in search engines and provide relevant content to people looking for chiropractic and massage services.

Once the site was in a good spot, we deployed a digital marketing campaign that spanned Google search ads, Google retargeting ads, Facebook retargeting ads, and Bing ads to drive new and repeat business to the two locations.

How do you raise awareness, raise funds, increase followers in social media and tell the story about what your organization does in 3 minutes?

THE MISSION

We were tasked with the mission to create a compelling story that was informative and would explain the core goals of the organization. This video had to be impactful but also something that would last and could be repurposed for years to come.

ACHIEVEMENTS

As part of an annual appeal campaign, the Couple to Couple League needed to create a video that would serve as a multi-purpose tool used for awareness, fundraising and general promotion. Using this video as part of a presentation tool to potential donors, the organization was able to raise 50% more than what they had expected to in this campaign. The video continues to serve this function in their day to day outreach efforts and has been instrumental in moving the organization forward.

Had a stale cookie-cutter legal website that did not do his brand justice

THE MISSION

Most law firms do not have a strong web presence or do a good job representing their brand. Gatlin Volker was no different. We assessed their current website and marketing agreement and created a strategy to help them create a brand and website they are proud of while reducing their monthly costs.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Jack Gatlin and Brandon Voelker knew their law firm needed a better website and marketing strategy. We created an engaging website that included videos showcasing the firm and the services Gatlin Voelker provides. During that time, we also determined it was the perfect time for a rebrand. Gatlin Voelker was also in the process of moving, so what better timing to launch a new visual identity system.

With the move, we focused in on local optimization. It was important to update their information across the web, especially focusing on Google, Bing, Apple Maps, various legal directories, and other business listings that were pointing people to their business.

We created a content marketing strategy that ties nicely into their social media strategy. We publish content on a variety of topics that help Gatlin Voelker’s clients and potential clients stay informed on what they do and how they can help them with their legal needs.

Needed a team that could help put their business on the map with e-commerce and digital marketing

THE MISSION

Radenso is a manufacturer of radar detectors. They wanted to increase sales on their website, so we took a look at their current marketing efforts and saw that there was a large potential when it came to digital marketing and e-commerce.

ACHIEVEMENTS

We started to get immediate results by updating their current paid ad strategy. We were able to hone in on the targets that were generating sales and stopped bidding on phrases that did not generate any business.

Next we developed a content marketing strategy where we launched Radar University a blog dedicated to helping people understand the countermeasure industry. Once we were driving steady traffic to the site we then shifted our attention to conversion rate optimization.

One of the most effective things we did was leverage an cross-sell feature to increase the number of add-on accessories for each sale. This helped drive up the average order value and total number of items per order.
